Our face holds emotional tension. Things we hold back from saying, thoughts and expressions we keep to ourselves. Muscles here are often tight and can cause pain and sagging.

This service will help release tension, provide lymphatic drainage (reduce puffiness) and increase blood circulation. You will notice a decrease in jaw pain and headaches as well as a lifted and brighter appearance to your skin. Includes red light therapy for boosting collagen.

Women tend to juggle multiple responsibilities and various peoples needs while often ignoring our own. We will push through to get things done, and we rarely stop to address or process out the multiple stressors in our life.

This service will leave you feeling emotionally lighter and relaxed overall. We will “energetically” target your emotional stressors, using head and facial acupressure points, scalp massage and hand reflexology. Session includes sound therapy, red light therapy and EFT tapping.
